Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Stuttgart (Automobilbranche) einen Mitarbeiter (m/w) mit folgendem Skill:Summary:
SCCM Administrator will be responsible for continued support, administration and maintenance of SCCM 7x24x 365 infrastructures. As a SCCM administrator he/she will be working closely with customer governance and architects to make improvements and take action to help ensure the stability of SCCM infrastructure. He/She should be working with offshore teams based out of India to provide support services.
Must have
• Thorough knowledge of SCCM administration modules (SCCM
Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory,
Software Metering, SCCM Server components ,site-to-site
communication and data replication)
• Strong SCCM administration including OSD deployment, Microsoft
patching and software deployments
• Fine tune, optimize existing SCCM environment
• Troubleshooting of Configuration Manager Infrastructure issues.
Nice to have
• Strong skills on error analysis, development, implementation and
documentation of workarounds and solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows
Server
• Ability to handle the incident management, problem management,
change management and release management activities on SCCM
Infrastructure.
• ITIL V3 Understanding, Related documentation
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Thorough knowledge of SCCM administration modules (SCCM

• Strong SCCM administration including OSD deployment, Microsoft

• Install hardware/software patches and updates.
• Strong skills on error analysis, development, implementation and
documentation of workarounds and solutions.
• Troubleshooting of Configuration Manager Infrastructure issues.
• Ability to handle the incident management, problem management,
change management and release management activities on SCCM
Infrastructure.
• Very good understanding of ITIL process framework.
• Excellent customer service skills
Essential Qualifications:
• Engineering Graduate with 4-5 years of experience
• 3+ years of experience SCCM administration.
• 5+ years MS Windows Systems Administration)
• MS certification on SCCM (MCTS is highly desired).
• Proficiency with AD and SQL.
