Service Desk Analyst/Consultant Frankfurt am MainRoc Search are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work for a client of ours based in Frankfurt, Germany for a 4 month contract.
The Service Desk Specialist, as a part of the Global Service Desk Team, supports the Principal Technology Manager by driving Service Desk Management in the provision of a single point of presence for all IT customers to report incidents and forward requests for service (current role).
The candidate must be a fluent German speaker, and have good English also.
