Manages the hand over of services from the project to the line organizationCoordinates between project SMEs, process managers and service unit owners
Facilitates the population of the service definition documentation
Provide support and guidance to project teams on the identification and completion of mandatory Service Management requirements and documentation
Monitor delivery against Service Offering Readiness Criteria, drive project adherence to the process and compliance with standard Service Introduction 'gateways'
Erforderliches Know-How:
Minimum of three years' experience as an IT infrastructure service manager
International working experience is an advantage, but not a prerequsite
Experience as a team/group leader for at least three years
PRINCE2 Accreditation or equivalent
Formal ITIL accreditation
WAN / LAN / MPLS / VPN, Virtualization / VMWARE / XEN, Storage / SAN / NAS / Archiving
