Tätigkeit:For one of our clients in the financial sector we are looking for a project manager (m/f) whose main responsibility is to drive the project management E2E for selected Embargo Filtering projects. The tasks include: understanding of overall Regulatory Embargo Filtering project timeline and constraints, detailed planning of activities for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project, considering overall timeline and constraints, alignment and approval of planning along with the other Regulatory Embargo Filtering e.g. project streams, provide weekly status report on weekly basis and run project meetings, set-up daily / weekly (tbd) tracking sheet for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project (activities to be performed in order to provide the deliverables), identify risks / issues for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project (e.g. effort overrun, stakeholder availability) that might have a negative impact on overall timeline, closely align and agree (e.g. status) with Financial Networks & Market Infrastructure, Regulatory Embargo Filtering program management, conduct impact analysis for the integration work of Regulatory Embargo Filtering, discussed and agreed Business Architecture document (Workflow / Service Catalogue) for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project. Project management deliverables: ToR and governance for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project, up to date and agreed project plan for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project cover the E2E view, up to date tracking sheet for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project (regular updates, daily, weekly, ad-hoc), weekly updates for project meetings and reporting to domain program management, up to date risks and issue log for the for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project, defined mitigation strategies for risks / issues identified, run regular status & project meetings for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project, impact analysis document for the integration work of Regulatory Embargo Filtering, Business Architecture document (Workflow / Service Catalogue) for the Regulatory Embargo Filtering project. The following skills are required for this position: good functional knowledge & experience in the embargo filtering area (AML), good functional knowledge in the financial instruments space, structured analysis and structured design methods, strong experience in quality management, good experience in business process analysis design and modelling, MS Excel and MS project know how, MS SharePoint project know how, Microsoft Office: Power User inclusive VB-programming, UML as well as enterprise architect. Other necessary skills include: solid English speaking and writing capabilities, very good communication skills, ability to develop the functional architecture in close coordination with business contacts, project management know how, education in PMI/GPM, more than 10 years international project experience and management experience with personnel responsibility.
