for a Telephony Service Delivery Manager


Project environment
A Swiss Insurance Company

Tasks

• Implementation and Management of services (in close cooperation with service provider's customer service manager) for unified communications (environment: Cisco/Microsoft).
• Monitor and control performance of services (in close cooperation with service provider customer service manager).
• Active leading, coordination and support of Service Providers.
• Act as a mediator between Service Providers and the Operation divisions.
• Determine process gaps and implement process improvements where necessary.
• Daily review of incidents, problems, changes, request fulfillment.
• Prepare reports in SNOW, weekly and monthly statistics.
• Improve implemented control mechanisms for SLAs.

Requirements

Must have:
• Experience with Service Providers in an international outsourced environment
• Understanding of processes in the Operation division of Telephony Services
• Project Management skills as structured/methodical approach, planning, coordinating, PowerPoint Presentations and Excel experienced, reporting, escalation procedure, …
• Experienced in multicultural contacts
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

Advantage:
• Experience in the telephony environment (IP Telephony & Microsoft Lync)
• Basic Network knowledge (comparable to Cisco CCNA)
• Having worked in a support function (1st line)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
