for a Project Leader Structured Products / Multi Issuer
Project environment
The Multi Issuer initiative of a global Swiss bank is introducing a new order manager for structured products in the Booking Center CH and APAC. The program supports the bank’s balance sheet reduction plans as well as mitigates concentration risks in client portfolios. Parallel to the establishment of broker connectivity EQ an FX Investor are migrated to a joint SP investor framework. As part of the Multi Issuer project for structured products the bank requires the structured product term sheets to third party products to be provided to the Quotes application.
Tasks
As Project Leader you are fully responsible for the timely delivery of the IT solution. You are closely collaborating with internal customers, development units and specialist departments. The multisided and challenging job includes the following core tasks:
• Leadership and coordination of the project team
• Planning, steering, supervision and rapport of the project
• Ensuring the delivery within the agreed deadline, costs and functional scope
• Ensuring the risk and change management
• Ensuring the communication between stakeholders
Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a Project Leader within the last 7-8 years in midsize to large projects in a company in the finance industry
• Profound methodical and practical knowledge of the project management processes, methodes and standards with experience in RUP/EUP
• Experience in the structured products area
• Experience in multi issuer is an advantage
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or IPMA) is an advantage
