Beschreibung
For our client we need an PMO in Project Access & Authorisation Management (cross function project) in R1/14 within program to support and consult in all relevant Bank Sap Security/ Authorization Mgmt. topics (incl. sap role & rights).
PMO generalist supports Project Manager in the following tasks: Project-/Budget-/Resourceplanning, Forecasts, Create/Update MS Project Plan, Process of On/- Offboarding, Tracking of Actions/ Risks/ Issues, Preparation of meetings, create presentations; ensure that the project and programme work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets (dbClarity, PMT, QMS (Quality Management System))

Domain- / Functional knowledge :
Industry Knowledge (Banking) - basic - must have
Financial Management - advanced - must have
Risk Management - basic - nice to have
Managing Complexity - advanced - must have
Managing Complexity - advanced - must have
Technical- / Method- / Tool- / Application knowledge:
Project Management & Project Governance Know how - advanced - must have
Quality Management (DB QMS 5.1), OM DB tools (PMT/MS Project) - basic - must have
Financials DB tool (BEN, dbClarity) - basic - nice to have
Financials/ Forecasts - advanced - nice to have
SAP Authorization Management (Berechtigungsmanagement) - basic - nice to have
Additional skills (for example softskills, other languages):
Complex project environment requires flexiblity and dealing with complexity;
Experience financial reporting; good communication skills, able to work in a team
