- Preparation of User Requirements Specification (URS) incl. IT requirements collection- Preparation and conduction of an RfP incl. evaluation criteria
- Vendor selection
- The contract may be extended up to a full time position depending on some other piloting acitivities - which would then consist of supporting a fit-gap analysis for an existing salesforce.com implementation
- Funding of this part of the task is currently under review - Good knowledge of general business requirements CRM, sales force automation and associated sales processes
- Preferably: Project management experience
- CRM Consulting (Cegedim, Peoplesoft, SalesForce, SAP, Siebel, ...)
- Business Intelligence (nice to have)
- CRM (excellent)

- Language skill: German, English (both fluent), French (nice to have)
Location: Frankfurt area and remote
Duration: – for 30 days, extension option 3 months
