Tasks:
• Overall responsibility for IT projects (time, budget, quality and functionality)
• Manage cross-divisional projects with high complexity
• Results-oriented management of all project resources
• Project controlling and status reporting
• Consult and support in the preparation of project documentation
• Coordination of production-related processes
• Active communication with clients, steering committee and department heads or management
• Effective coordination and control in enterprise -wide project structures
• Coordination and control of service providers and suppliers in the project
• Contact person in all aspects of the project internally and externally
• Consulting and customer care
Skills Required:
• Degree in computer science, communications engineering or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in eDiscovery (optional)
• Good knowledge of various IT infrastructures such as VMware , Windows, UNIX (LINUX , AIX ,
Solaris) , Storage Area Network, EMC ² VMAX , NetApp, SharePoint , MS Exchange , Windows
File Service
• Many years of professional experience as a project manager
• Highly experienced handling of project management methods and tools
• High degree of creativity, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Sense of responsibility and strong commitment
• High social competence
• Ability to work under pressure
• Captures fast significant information in highly complex, cross-project processes
• Assertiveness
• Good knowledge of the process of a data processing center
• Very good English language skills are mandatory
