Einsatz mindestens 1-2 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Regensdorf (CH).
Lokale Kandidaten werden bevorzugt. Grenzgänger von Süddeutschland wären kein Problem.

The Team:
Front Office Operations within Studio SAP is responsible for providing Account Managers with support systems, automation tools, business analytics, process innovation and best practices.
The Task:
The IT Project Manager, Studio SAP, Front Office Operations (IT PM) drives automation and innovation projects as defined by the Front Office Operations Director. These will be IT development projects and process innovation projects involving stakeholders from different teams in various geographies and departments. As typically not all stakeholders report to the same manager, informal leadership will be required.
Launching and communicating completed project results to stakeholders and executives worldwide will be part of the task.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong project management skills, keeping stakeholders on track via informal leadership
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, connecting to local stakeholders as well as a wide network of internal stakeholders in the global organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills using electronic media
• Familiarity with working in a virtual team structure and ability to excel in remote electronic communication like Net Meeting, Video, Wiki etc.
• High degree of self-organization; ability to adapt targets to changing market conditions.
Formal Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of work experience, who has successfully worked in a comparable environment.
• College degree, including a background in IT or Marketing
• Expertise in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Fluent English and proficiency in German
• Knowledge of the company SAP, and prior experience in working with SAP are a plus
