Task:SCCM project and architectural lead.
? Fulfillment of customer requirements related to the delivery of client-engineering-services.
? Tracking and performing approved changes in agreed SLAs for distribution and working on related supporting activities within the Netinstall environment using the customers change management process.
? Implementing documented extensions and enhancements in the toolset (e.g. NI-database, support scripts).
? Support of Bulgarian Netinstall patch management team for 3rd level problems, incidents and requests. English language skills are needed for communication.
? Support of Hungarian SCCM team for 3rd level problems, incidents and requests.
? Loading software, providing infrastructure support for servers and monitoring systems and network within capacity management process.
? 2nd & 3rd Level support for all standard client related issues.
? SCCM migration architecture & project lead services to support ongoing migration of SCCM operational topic to HP bestshore team in Hungary.
? Ongoing reporting services based on NSR and account demands using the self developed SWD reporting framework.
? Project & architecture lead services for SWD infrastructure and reporting framework development / consolidation projects.
? Support and leading of desktop engineering activities for the standard standard client.
? Supplier should adhere the incident management processes including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to problem management.
? Monitor SLA`s (tracking of error messages/trouble-tickets) within incident and problem management process.
? Performing toolset release and change management.
? Documentation of processes, implementation scripts and services using appropriate templates and documentation standards.
? Supplier leads on and proactively manages problem situations and tickets as defined in ITIL or customer process documentation including root cause analysis, mitigation solution development and implementation.
? Fulfillment of order management processes and service requests for customer.
? Architecture and lead role to propose and to shape improvements to the operation of the systems, software and processes.
? Supplier to perform end user briefings and training courses for specialist & technical domain topics.
? Supplier to perform operations team briefing and training courses and supports in all activities to establish an operational distributed work model with operations team.
? Perform and support to operational acceptance processes.
? Lead management of projects or sub-projects in national and international context in English and German language.
? Attendance to operational and project meetings.
? Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with internal and external customers especially with bestshore teams (e.g. NI team in Bulgaria and HP SCCM team in Hungary).
