Ihre Aufgaben:
- Conduct As-Is process and data analysis, document current landscape and issues
- Develop To-Be target process, data sourcing, and functional capabilities
- Perform gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be processing
- Perform data sourcing gap analysis, data analysis and solutioning
- Assist project management team with evaluation of different process and/or technology solutions.
- Assist with development and implementation of a short-term and long-term IT and process strategy.
- Assist with management of issues / risks on projects with timely issue escalations and suggestions for issues resolution
- Provide periodic status reports to project managers and business heads
- Develop plans of action and execute to resolve project issues and open items
- Execute tasks on a timely basis according to a defined project work plan / project schedule
- Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions
- Develop test plans, cases and scripts for system releases and manage and/or execute functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Interface and facilitate working sessions with other teams on cross-functional team projects, document minutes and follow-through on actions items
Ihre Qualifikation
- Master's / BBA Degree in economics or information technology with a finance focus
- Profound work experience as business analyst in the financial industry
- Profound experience in a project environment, driving process and system improvement solutions
- Familiar with the Treasury/Financial Accounting function within a bank, preferably in the area of regulatory liquidity reporting
- Profound knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. Basel III)
- Profound understanding of cash & security flows related to banking products (e.g. secured funding transactions, loans and deposits)
- Specific experience with Liquidity Treasury processes
- Ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities for process and systems change and assess / improve business processes
- Basic to good knowledge of project management discipline and fundamentals
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and highly analytical and creative
- Ability to document information accurately and succinctly
- Excellent team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment)
- Strong communication ability (verbal & written)
