Must-Have:
*Fluent in German
*Fluent in English
*Communication skills
*General ITIL Knowledge
*Reasonably familiar and experienced with the essential concepts of Supported Applications
*Appropriate technical skills and an awareness of the Area
Skills:
Mandatory requirements:
*Hands on experience in Supporting, Administering and Enhancing or customizing Verification Management & Testing Tools
*Hands on experience inadministering and maintaining HP QuickTest Professional and HP Quality Center (HP ALM)
*Good problem solving skills
*Familiar with ALM and Software Engineering Concepts
*Should have worked in a support role in the past
*Hands on experience in customization of software engineering and ALM tools
Desirable Additional skills:
*SmartBear Code Collaborator
*IBM Rational ClearCase
*IBM Rational ClearCase Multisite
*Enovia Matrix One DesignSync
*HP Quality Center (HP ALM)
