Task:
? Understand overall project environment and place of this project in customer organization along with its strategic importance for them. Be able to have a business perspective about the requirements coming into this project.
? Manage customer expectation (implicit and explicit).
? Must be able to deal with various stakeholders including competing vendors in a political environment.
Has to deal with multiple entities such as customer side application owner, technical experts, end user group-leads, 3rd party application managers (non TechM), E2E coordinator, customer side program manager etc
? Have a feel of customer pulse and anticipate/avoid escalations by taking pro-active measures and regular customer engagement.
? Motivate the team to take added ownership in the project and increase Techm presence.
? Maintain transparency of the project situation with customer through crisp reporting.
? Engage with customer to improve overall project processes so success of project can be measured.
? Track project risks, issues & dependencies and assertively communicate to customer.
? Be able to negotiate and resolve conflicts within the team as well as external stakeholders to derive positive outcome.
? Show case strong Delivery, release and Project management.
? Ownership of all project financial activities including quote preparation, efficient resource utilization, billability and invoicing.
? Work towards increasing margins/efficiency by identifying optimizations and driving implementation.
? Improve Project deliverable quality and compliance to Qway processes.
? Adherence to all mandatory Techm processes.

Requirements (Must have):
? Knowledge of Telecom Service Assurance Domain with emphasis on Trouble Ticket Management Systems
? BMC Remedy ITSM (key modules such as Incident/Problem/Change/Release) awareness
? Negotiation skills
? Conflict Management skills
? Strong awareness of quality processes and SDLC/Agile delivery methodology
? Exposure to European/German work culture is highly desirable
