Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for the analysis and documentation of current product control processes and solutions
- Determine and identify key issues and underlying requirements
- Define target processes which follow best practices and which address any inefficiencies
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, demonstrate a good understanding of the domain
- Convey the merits and issues associated with various solution options (challenging the status quo if required)
- Define project success criteria and provide support for the UAT process
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experienced BA able to work closely with the CFO business stakeholders
- Strong banking experience
- Good understanding of Trading and Middle/Back Office processes
- Good investment banking product knowledge
- Ability to use analytical skills to break down complex problems
- Good communication skills and team player mentality
- Ability to act as an interface with both business and IT
