Task:Knowledge of customer SAP landscape environment and especially knowledge of main projects HVP and GLOBE
? Knowledge of Account? specific SAP operation process
? Fulfilment of Customer requirements for SAP Systems
? Fulfilment of customer?s requirements relating to output management systems.
(SAP printing environment)
? Provide 2nd and 3rd level support services for SAP systems
? Administration of all SAP systems operated for the Account
? Supplier should adhere to Incident Management Processes in relation to
technical domain including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input
to Problem Management.
? Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or
repeat incidents including root cause analysis
? Implementation of approved changes as per schedule within agreed SLA and in agreement with customers
? Transport Management
? Upgrade of customer account SAP systems (Patching, Oracle, SAP)
? Support of HP Customer Projects HVP, ERDS and Globe
? Supplier to provide consulting and support for the Installation, implementation,
administration, release, change and testing of SAP Systems including Customer
Projects.
? Technical design and technical architecture for SAP systems
? Project support for new and In-flight SAP projects
? Tuning, Performance optimization and capacity planning including reporting
? Management of small projects or sub-projects both National and International
? Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design developing and
documenting
? Documentation of technical domain as per agreed processes using appropriate
templates and documentation standards
? Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with
internal and external customers
Requirements (Must have):
High self-dependence in project and operation work
High readiness to work on weekends and evening hours
At least 10 years SAP Basis experience
Excellent teamwork skills
Advanced English skills (90% of work in English)
High communication skills due to close work with customer
Ability to take over responsibility
Budget conscious
High Accuracy by traking of working hours and documentation
