Site Acquisition Coordinator – HannoverAkquisiteur/ acquisition, telecommunications, fluent German
A Site Acquisition Coordinator is needed for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, on contract basis in Hannover. Fluent German language skills are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• Collect government permit package for Site Acquisition (SA), SA planning and solutions;
• Tracking and reporting of SA progress regularly, to ensure SA progress to meet project schedule;
• Assist outsourcing team to acquire and evaluate outsourcing resources, confirm SOW, , outsourcing items and purchase of SA outsourcing services;
• SA team & subcontractor management;
• Review SA evaluation report, responsible for the availability of sites;
• Organize customer and owner to sign rental contract;
• SA budgeting and cost control
Requirements:
• Good working experience in Site Acquisition in telecommunications
• Fluent German language skills
