Change Manager with experience in Training Management (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support of the Project Change Lead e.g. adoption of project leader functions
- Coordination of Training Management (training program, training processes, conduction of various trainings, coordination of internal and external trainers)
- Oversee and support the global company structures in the Change Management process
- Development, implementation and adjustment of the roll-out processes
- Creation of project reports and communication drafts
- Key Stakeholder management worldwide
Ihre Qualifikation
- In- depth knowledge in Change Management
- Experience in Training Management (needs assessment, design, development, delivery, evaluation)
- Fluent in English oral and writing, other languages are an advantage
- Strong affinity to IT
- Good knowledge of Stakeholder Management
- Ability to quickly adapt to change environments and deliver under pressure of tight timeline
- Used to work independently
- Team player with experience in global projects
- Previous experience within Google Applications ideal but not mandatory
