Für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuelle auf der Suche nach einem Client Service Manager/Account Manager/Assistent (m/w) mit folgenden Aufgaben:
Business Relationship Managements Tasks for customer RM
• Supporting daily business of ACM/CSM in supporting customer and customer’s services
• Preparation, execution and post-processing of customer meetings
• Supporting contract management regarding creation, changes, extension and closing contracts.
• Supporting in invoicing verification and customer reclamations
• Tracking of several tasks lists and creation of regular status reports/presentations
• Supporting project activities with focus Account- and Service Management Tasks
Anforderungen
Qualification – Education - Experience
• Good knowledge about ITIL processes and if possible ITIL certification
• Worked as Client Service Manager or Client Service Manager deputy within environment
• Fluid language skills in German and English necessary
• Good knowledge of GS organization and delivery organization
• Experienced in creation of service documentation
