SAP Purchase to Pay Expert/ SAP P2P SAP MM- Specific subject matter expert in SAP MM /Service module.
- Fluent in English, German and ideally French.
- Computer skills (SAP MM, Microsoft Office Applications)
- Sourcing background would be appreciated
Duties include:
Interface with the relevant stakeholders (Requisitions, SOX Team, Finance, Purchasing and SCM Development, Strategy & Performance Manager. Onsite support for all P2P related question and additional policies. Organize necessary trainings and additional communication for processes if necessary. ·
Subject matter expert for Germany for the P2P Process
Ensure Receipts without PO are followed up and monitored with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into GSD Operations
Actively tracks compliance progress and addresses areas of opportunities with the individual business areas ·
- Lead the use of P2P and related Processes (p-Card, MICE Solution, FI Invoices) to improve overall business performance
- Ensures defined P2P compliance targets are met, optimizing effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end P2P process incl.
- Conducting P2P user trainings in the retail asset environment ·
- Conduct first level support for suppliers in the retail service solution ·
- P2P system administration enabling correct operation of the system and ongoing support for the Users. ·
- Supports in contractual "SAP to be ready for the SAP Implementation team ·
