As the Global VIP Support coordinator, you are responsible for succesfully managing issues, requests, incidents and escalations raised by the VIP's and their personal assistance. You will be serving top-management, the Client board and other important persons within the client.

In order to serve our VIP's at the highest quality level we are seeking for a person (m/f) which will:
- coordinate requested services within the scope of the service portfolio
- collaborate with the appropriate persons from the client and third pary supplier teams
- cooperate with and support the local VIP support front office and back office teams
- assure requested services are handled within the defined measurement framework
- provide accurate reporting on all services within the scope of the GVS support

Apart from the daily business, the GVS coordinator will establish a CSI (Continuous Service Improvement) framework and approach.

Must have skills:
- 2-5 years experience in escalation management
- 2-5 years in project management
- 2-5 years team lead experience
- German and English business fluent

Nice to have:
- experience in service delivery and supplier management
- chemical and pharma experience
- ITIL certification
- Six Sigma Green belt
- Prince2 experience
