SAP Sourcing Specialist /SAP Contract Data Specialist.We are looking for a sourcing specialist with knowledge in the supplier managment that will select key data from each supplier agreement which will enter in the SAP contract template at later stage.
Th right person will have strong commerecial knowledge within Sourcing / Purchasing ability to read out commercial from suppliers and enter this data to an Exel sheet which will be then passed for upload into SAP Termplate. Your work is a key factor for the internal customers to operate the selected P2P channel with minimal procurement involvement after go-live.
- Liaising with the buyers to obtain any information missing from the supplier agreements to enable them to be translated into "SAP contracts".
Populating the SAP accounts payable database with the necessary data from each supplier agreement to enable the internal customers to raise their requisitions and place their orders using a "Shopping Cart" which can be interrogated by the internal customer to find the goods / services they require
- Knowledge in Database Usage (i.e.Oyster and Oyster Plus)
- Process management and controlling capability
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ideally experience in Finance and/or Procurement'
- Knowledge in SAP R3 und MS Office
- German and English fluent
This role is part of a team, which is tasked with overseeing the implementation of the entire end to end Purchase to Pay Process in Germany, this is a key part of the Global SAP Deployment project.
The role will be interfacing with key stakeholder within Finance, the EBSC, PSCM Development, Strategy & Performance Managment, Sourcing as well as operational Procurement Team
The SAP Contract Data Specialist will support the Purchase to Pay process in Germany and prepare the P2P Process for "Global SAP Deployment" Readiness. He/She will be responsible for translating existing and new supplier agreements for both goods and services into "SAP contracts",
