Documentation of all installations, changes, processes and product releases
Support upcoming design requests with infrastructure and network specific operational knowhow
Communication with customer, application development and global project teams
Downtime management within predefined downtime windows
Daily Administration of all service-relevant systems and services
Partly attendance in service-related projects with specific operational knowhow
Erforderliches Know-How:
Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008R2
Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining NTFS
Good understanding and troubleshooting of Active Directories
Knowledge in Scripting
