for a IT Business Analyst / User Experience Designer
Project environment
A global Swiss bank is looking for a User Experience Designer who defines and designs meaningful and purposeful touch points and services.
Tasks
• Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
• Use business requirements and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements
• Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-through, and prototypes
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns
• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and business team members for review and feedback
• Key deliverables: Wireframe definitions, Clickable prototypes, Mockups and designs, Service design definitions
Requirements
• Work Experience: Minimum 8 Years
• Scope and complexity of role: They act as recognized experts in their area and usually work on multiple products and/or processes of medium to high complexity. They may be involved in coordinating activities, eventually of strategic nature that go beyond their own area. They coach colleagues, demonstrating excellence in their professional area. They identify cross-functional opportunities, contributing to the acceptance of change in the wider organization
• Autonomy: They operate usually autonomously and are role models to others
• Organizational impact: They contribute to the achievement of financial results and secure cost and efficiency savings as well as help protect the bank's reputation. They actively initiate actions in changing the bank's processes and procedures that are beyond their own unit
