Interim internal Auditors (m/f) for international project workResources Global Professionals (RGP) is searching for experienced internal Auditors (m/f) who can support our international clients in audit and compliance projects within their operations in the industries of financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. The ideal Consultant (m/f) has several years of experience in the execution of financial and/or operational Audits on different levels.
Responsibilities:
• Perform risk-based audits of organizational business processes and procedures in
• Review and evaluate the existing practices and procedures in an organization in response to audit findings
• Conduct internal audits focused on verifying and enhancing the company’s financial reporting, compliance and information technology controls
• Contribute to the risk assessment process by identifying risks and controls
• Conduct ongoing testing of production financial systems
• Involves extensive communication with various management levels within the company
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent Controlling/Accounting or Audit education
• Experience working as an Auditor in international companies with matrix organizations
• Understanding of compliance related issues, internal control systems and/or SOX is essential
• Familiarity with control frameworks and guidelines such as COSO, ITIL, etc. is of advantage
• Qualification as CIA, CFE or CPA would be a very appreciated
• Fluency in German and English (business language skills)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages for extensive report writing responsibilities are required
