Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
Delivery of Deployment and Rollout Engineering and coordination during delivery of mbile Payment services.
The activities in scope of the current planning for rollout are initial deployments to the most current releases of the payment service.
In particular the deployment and rollout tasks can be split into dedicated areas:
Service Deployment and Support:
• Daily application operations and delivery of assigned project activity
• Support delivery within the relevant defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLA
• Execution delivery for supporting activities so that all customer needs are included and delivered on time according to their priority.
• Service Rollout coordination the current mWallet Service into Local Markets.
Typical tasks encompass:
• Coordination of integration and testing related activities • Alignment with sustaining, troubleshooting and tickets coordination
• Management and coordination of remaining issues, documentation
• Coordination and hands-on delivery of activities for new mwallet service rollout engineering:
• Coordination and hands-on delivery for main service delivery activities
• Connectivity testing and troubleshooting
• Hands-on integration verification and troubleshooting
• Defect resolution support
• Service upgrades Deployment engineering:
• Coordination and hands-on of the main deployment engineering tasks
• local Market handset testing execution support and test reporting
Additional Skills and topics:
