Task:Accountable for managing the delivery of contracted outsourced application management. Serves as the primary point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Ensures SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Ensures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by maintaining tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget. Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and participates in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction. Ensures that operational teams and subcontractors maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Promotes the organization's capabilities and works to achieve contract extension or to win additional business within the account(s.
Requirements (Must have):
? application delivery support experience (preferably related to SAP)
? Understanding and experience managing application incidents and problem resolution
? Experience managing SLAs
? Experience resolving Sev 1 and 2 incidents in expect time frame
? Client relationship management skills
? Ability to work with a team across countries (ex. Spain/Germany/Norway/Denmark)
? Knowledge of ITIL processes
? Ability to work across Unisys BU teams to provide high quality delivery service to Takeda
Environment/Miscellaneous:
We are looking for permanent staff, however we think we will not find someone in time, which is why we are considering starting with a contractor, for an initial period of 6 months. We would also be interested in getting people who would be interested in converting to a Unisys contract after a few monthsLocation would be in Germany, in the Koblenz area. We would prefer candidate who speak both German and English, However we are willing to consider English only. Location in Germany is a must though.
