Senior Carbonate Geologist Europe: €100k +An exciting opportunity has come up with an Operating Company within Europe. They have growing operations, and as part of their project, they are looking to add a Senior Geologist to their ranks.
To be considered for this challenging and varied role, you must have the following skills/qualifications:
* Proven production geology/production seismology background in the upstream oil & gas industry, within operating and non-operating environment, preferably in Western Europe with at least 5-10 years of experience; MSc degree.
* Advanced seismic interpretation, depth conversion, visualisation and attribute analysis skills on both 2D and 3D seismic data.
* Reservoir relevant seismic processing expertise (i.e. acoustic impedance etc)
* Comprehensive experience with static modelling software
* Experience with heavy oil, EOR, surfactant flood, water or steam flood and with fractured (compartmentalized) sandstone reservoirs is an advantage
* EU Work permit required
