Our client is currently looking for a Process Manager (m/f) Six Sigma for a project in Frankfurt, Germany.Your tasks
- You be responsible for the execution of Operations & Technology's process improvements
(types vary, such as: process improvement projects, facilitated sessions, ad-hoc analysis requests and reporting/metric creation)
- Position promotes and applies Six Sigma principles and methodologies to drive financial and strategic improvements
- Consult with Operations & Technology leaders
- Manage cross-functional project teams
Your Profile
- Six Sigma Black Belt desired, or demonstration of full-time work implementing process improvements with Six Sigma tools
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt is a plus
- Proven experience in process improvement project execution
- Long term experience in process improvement role
- Competent in Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word etc…
- Experience in service/technology industries ; payment processing is a plus
- Experience with SQL and SharePoint is a plus
Language: Fluent in German and English
Location: Frankfurt
Duration: asap for 6 months (option in extension)
