The Project Management Officer is responsible for administrative and organisational tasks relating to revenue and budget planning and tracking, business case development, tracking and controlling of major projects of Front Office Date + ServicesParticipation in revenue and budget planning rounds for MD+S Front Office
Set-up and maintenance of business cases including all budget tracking in close cooperation with the relevant project managers,Financial Accounting as well as Strategic Finance departments
Regular update of management reporting on the financial status of the individual projects/investments in close collaboration with the respective project manager and financial accounting
Regular update of management reporting as regards revenue planning
Regular management reporting on the on the aggregate project portfolio at department level
Preparation of management/board presentations in close collaboration with the head of department
Representation of Front Office Data + Services in internal meetings on working level as well as on management level Degree in business administration or finance or a comparable education with relevant professional experience as Project Management Officer
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure, and a confident manner towards management, co-workers and business partners
At least 3-4 years of experience in project management and/or financial project controlling, very good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, good understanding of SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English – international experience is considered a plus
