Our client is currently looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) Peoplesoft HCM for a project in Cologne.Your tasks
- Analyzing and supporting the implementation of PS 9.1 HCM application per business requirements for different countries within Europe
- The global HR program consolidates 3 PeopleSoft regional instances into a single virtual global instance and brings in employees records from 3 other non-PeopleSoft legacy HR systems as well as adding other countries that do not have an HR system today
Your Profile
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to understand/handle and document local HR related requirements
- Working in multi-cultural environment and countries
- Experienced in business requirements analysis
- Confident in leading both business process review and data analysis
- Able to write functional specifications
- Support Fit/Gap analysis
- Willing to travel to different EU locations (e.g. Cologne, Bordeaux, Valencia and Craiova)
Language: Fluent in English

Duration: 01.12.2013 - 01.12.2014 (option of extension, long term)
