For our client in Berlin, we are looking for an external ITMS Coordinator (f/m).
Tasks:
Support the project and the project managers with daily requests and smoothing their integration into the service delivery
Handling change requests and specific service requests from the project and making sure of proper completion
Handle requests and escalation from Project managers team into daily operations
Sort out the root causes for escalations (process, people, technology)
Coordinate in major incidents in relation with the project
Make sure service operations is ready for go live dates from the project perspective
Ensures Service enablement of project deliverables
Qualification:
Advanced knowledge of Remedy on Demand. Experience in configuring and administering Remedy on Demand modules
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience in Service Operations
Project Management Experience
Has an IT background
Can handle high pressure and workload
