Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,nachstehend eine Anfrage bei der wir aktuell Unterstützung benötigen.
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell 3 Roll-Out Manager (m/w):
Main Tasks:
- Acts as an information and communication hub between the Project Gates team and the region
- Coordinates and supports pilot waves in the region
- Supports regional coordinator(s) with project methodology
- Acts as escalation instance for all region-specific incidents and issues
- Management of relevant pilot wave go-live and wave go-live activities in the region, including defect resolution
and post go-live support
- Coordinates special requirements during a wave (reselecting companies, support additional needs, etc.)
- Interacts with Project Gates Change Management
- Interacts with Transition Management for handover
- Interacts with Information Managers (IT representatives) to get approval for companies per wave
- Communicates and coordinates regional changes (companies, projects, work requests, etc.) to the project
- Coordination of business go-live approvals from companies in the region
- Project rollout representative and SPOC in the region across all involved communities
- Supports all regional project activities and is additionally responsible for implementing special pilot users
- Collects and reports weekly rollout status information per region
Anforderungen
- Project management certification (recommended PMI)
- Minimum 8 years of experience as project manager in international projects
- Practical experience with roll-out management in North America
- Language skills: fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Recommended technical/functional background: SAP authorization knowledge
- Profound knowledge of Project management processes and methods
- Excellent communication skills
