Task description
- Server Management / Citrix
- Client Management: Software Management, Patch Management, Security (Antivirus), Network Services (DHCP Options, Static IP)
- Test User Management
- Printer Management
- File Space Management (roles and responsibilities, BPEX FS)
- IMACD (Install Move Add Change Delete) Processes
- ITSM Processes (Incident and Request Management)
- SLcM Processes (Asset Management)
- Authorizations
- Maintenance windows and SLAs
Skills
- Long-term deep Project Manager knowledge required
- Project management skills, best communication and team leading skills.
- In-depth knowledge of German federal banking regulations
- As well as in-depth knowledge of the Commerzbank environment, existing new NetInstall Savvy Client and Server Systems Environment
- German language support is mandatory and fluent English
Location: Frankfurt am Main
Duration: 21.10.13 for approximately 6 months (extension optional), full-time
