Task:
Special skills for the tool Prisma to support the accustomed Prisma SW Distribution and remote control tool
Sound knowledge of customer (internal developed) tools and (individual) processes to be able to do 3rd level support
Strong MS-Server (2003/2008); MS-SQL-Server & Client (XP/WIN7) knowhow combined with general knowledge of load balancing, Firewall, TCP IP connectivity topics
Strong MS-SQL knowledge, to accustom the DB-Procedures to meet new customer requirements
3rd Level Support for Prisma ?Innen - & Außendienst? and remote control
Test and implementation of new modules (developed by the manufacturer) for client & central System
Support of the complex prod- & test- server environment
Support the complex inhouse-developed realtime Monitoring-Reporting DB with interfaces to customer tools
Integrated in the customers Packaging/Testing Process for Client Updates regarding the Prismaclient
Assist HP Prisma team during customer changes

Requirements (Must have):
Sound Skills of MS-SLQ DB
SW-Distribution & remotecontrol tool, Prisma incl. customized options
good HW-knowledge Server/Client
WIN XP/Win7 (System Engineering level)
Infrastructure : Server, Loadbalancer , Firewall ; Protocols etc.: TCP-IP, anycast, DNS, DHCP
Sound knowledge of customer tools & processes like MIDAS, Allianz installer, SIMA, ZLP-Logger, AMUR
Customer individual designed installation Processes
Inhouse developed monitoring/reporting tool (MS-SQL2008) for SLA SW-Distribution status
