Tester/Test Lead - Banking
Location: Frankfurt
3 months (with Possible extension)
Exp Level 5- 10 years
- At least 6 years experience in acting as a lead
- Design the common test architecture asset including framework, principle, guideline and template to guide the delivery team.
- Creating project test deliverable templates and standards.
- Lead the testing team to conduct the testing plan, testing cases.
- Knowledge and experience on the key points of testing,
- Experience on testing and test methodologies
- Knowledge of test tools like QPT/LoadRunner etc.
- Deep knowledge of test process and life cycle management
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically.
- Has excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
