Role: Test Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Duration: 3 -6 months
Job Requirement:
- End to End Test Management for large program with multiple projects across different lines of business spreading in multiple releases.
- Managing Customer Relationship.
- Project Status reporting at regular intervals (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Stake holder managemen to Test strategy, planning, execution and reporting.
- Ensure timely deliverables from both Onsite/Offshore.
- Implementation of best practices and value addso Team induction and knowledge management.
- Capturing and reporting test metrics.
- Drive Test Efficiencies and Operational excellence
- Co-ordination with various teams to ensure all dependencies are resolved
- Document, track and monitor project risks and issues
- Track the project budget and provide budget projections/forecast to the management
- Test management skills in Banking/Securities Domain will be added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
