For one of our clients we are searching a IT Network Security expert (m/f)
Skills:
At least 5 years of technology experience as an engineer, analyst, architect or designer experience with implementation of security systems such as intrusion detection, cryptography, Firewalls, VPNs, remote access solutions, content filtering and endpoint protection solutions.
At least 5 years in IT security in the services and industry experience in developing IT security policies and standards.
Extensive knowledge of distributed data networking technologies and systems
Thorough knowledge of internetworking, including TCP/IP, IPsec, Routers, IP internetwork configuration and design.
Substantial knowledge of information security practices and technology
Basic level of understanding in Compliance (PCI, CoBIT)
Strong experience with standards work in security, such as ISO, ANSI, IETF, CIS, etc..
Task:
Create, maintain and drive technology strategies and roadmaps within the area of the responsibility, eg IT Security.
As part of the Security group, plan and drive the implementation of the technology and its capabilities. Architecture and technology review for global projects following industry best practices (Implement architecture eg Firewall, Proxy, IDS, content filtering, PKI etc.).
Set up best practices and provide directions and guidance of how to utilize the technology and its capabilities.
Drive the development of security specifications, standards, and processes to ensure adequate protection of corporate network
