Your role• You are working with a distributed high redundant IT system in the field of Emergency Call Centers
• You are member of an agile SW team
• You are working on the extension of existing Java SW components
• You will implement and test the SW components within the system
• You will document the software design and implementation
• You will support the validation and certification by governmental authorities
Your profile
• Qualified engineer in Communication Systems
• Extensive work experience in the area of software development, preferable in the context of TETRA
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Good command of JAVA backend programming including unit test experience
• C++/JNI desirable
• Experience in use of Eclipse, Java7, JMS, SVN, DOORS
• Knowledge of LINUX and Windows OS, multi-threading, and Network protocols (RTP) and tools (e.g. Wireshark)
•English & German language fluent
• Ability to work independently
• Good team player
