For one of our projects in Berlin we are looking for a Backend Developer with Python Know How
Task description:
-- Design and implementation of modules for a large business intelligence application. You will work onsite in Berlin for this task.
The following know how is mandatory
-- Python, Django
-- Postgres, SQL, OR-Mapping in Python
-- Linux
-- Web Services, JSON, AJAX, Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)
-- Git Version control
-- Very good communication & presentation skills
-- Working experience in an Agile/Scrum/CI environment
-- Fluent English (written/spoken)
In addition you should know about several of the following topics
-- MongoDB,
-- MapReduce,
-- PostGIS,
-- Big Data Processing,
-- PIG Scripts
-- Administrating Amazon AWS Cloud Services,
-- CI/Jenkins
Project duration: 3 month (extension until mid of 2014 is planned)
Start date: Second half of October
