We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL ACCOUNT SPECIALIST to work within the daignostics department of one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company.Main Duties:
- Key member of the Diagnostics Technical Service Organization
- providing high quality service and support to internal and external customers
- supporting the Marketing and Sales Organization on EMEA level
- customer liaison between internal department and the customer site
- implementation of new equipment
- technical review
- assisting Sales Executive to maintain customer business
Requirements:
- BSc in Medical Technology, Biochemistry or Biology
- 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic customer service/technical support
- Fluent in both German and English
- advanced knowledge of key customer service
- excellent communication skills to engage in high-level technical and clinical discussions
- Ability to travel extensively (>75%) nationally and internationally, including on short notice
- Flexibility for a non-standard 40-hour week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Location: multiple locations in Germany are possible
