Job Description:
- Strong CRM background with hands on experience on CRM.
- Good Understanding of SAP and BW.
- Automobile domain experience is a mandatory
- Gathers and/or supports the gathering of business requirements, analysis, and prioritization and recommend requirements to business stakeholders.
- Ensure integration of requirements into process optimization solutions
- Support all phases of the PLC cycle with the Project Manager
- project management certification and ITIL certification is desired.
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is desired.
