Project Assistant, with the ability to speak German & English, currently needed by one of our clients based in Frankfurt.
Tasks involved:
Supporting the sales and business development processes as required
Supporting the sales closure process - producing contracts for signature, sending contracts for signature, filing and logging contracts in the appropriate tools
Setting up new customers in CRM tools, data entry, and supporting ad-hoc tasks (eg copy, fax, filing etc)
Reporting of customer statistics, generating management reports from supporting tools
Support of the invoice procedures where required
Support of sales and marketing material, assist to coordinate events
Organisation of the meetings and workshops for the Team, and minute taking
Support of administrative tasks for the Team, office stationary andsupplies
Services requests and administration follow-up
SAP administration (in line with the in house systems)
Could be assigned to other interesting tasks, depending on level of qualification.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
Bilingual German/English mandatory, French would be considered an asset
Self starter, ability to take the initiative
Very well organized, team work and flexibility
Clear ability to work in a diverse (international) environment
Good level of dedication
Attention to detail, particularly data accuracy
Excellent command of MS Office tools
Proven experience of Department administration
SAP user knowledge (would be an advantage)
CRM user knowledge (would be an advantage)
User knowledge of SaleForce.com (would be an advantage)
This is a long-term contract opportunity. Initial contract until the end of the year (with extensions to follow).
