Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the banking sector in the Rhine-Main Area we are looking for a consultant (m/f) to provide support to a branch in Italy from offices in Germany. The applications to be maintained: deposit application (SAP Banking Deposit Management) and starting in 2014, the Italian branches will be using their own Font End without language selection. The tasks include the following: disruptions following the Go Live are to be analyzed, bugs are to be forwarded on to the application owner, evaluations, ticket processing: what the local 1st level support is not able to solve is forwarded on to the offices in Germany in Italian for 2nd level support. Most effective is direction communication with those in charge of client support. Required skills for this project: SAP knowledge as well as very good English or Italian. Experience with deposit products is preferred, although not required. Project duration: December 2013 / January 2014 - long-term.
