My Client a very large Bank are searching for an applaication supporter,
Application Supporter/Application Manager (w/m) in the SEPA environment
Tasks in the role of supporter Application
- Ensuring the operation of applications on adherence to the SLAs and the internal and external regulatory requirements
- Incident and Problem Management
- Acceptance, analysis, and documentation of incidents Service-Wiederherstellung/Workarounds
- Problem analysis, solution search, introduction of changes for problem
- Proactive Problem Management:
- Performance/throughput analysis,
- Optimization measures for operation (automation, surveillance monitors, scripts/procedures,
Environment (Must)
skills:
- Experience with the deployment of WebSphere Application Server Apps
- Experience with MQ Series
- Experience in creating Unix Scripts
- Ability a build process ( ant, maven ) to set up
- Ability to create UC4 scripts
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Communicative goal-oriented personality
