JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Position: Senior Developer
Job Location: Trier, Germany
Duration: 6 months
Experience Requirement: Between 3-5 years of recent experience
Technical Requirements:
- Hands on development experience in C# and ASP .NET 4.0
- Work experience in Microsoft development framework
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM functional areas
- Exposure to Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Exposure to any of the following technologies would be advantageous:
SQL Server 2008 R2
DevExpress
MVC 3.0
StructureMap (IoC/DI)
WCF Services
DataBus (business layer)
Nhibernate/Fluent
Enterprise Libraries (Logging/Exception Handling)
ReSharper
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work directly with customer without supervision
- Hands-on experience
- Team player
- Fluent in German, English
2. Position: Technical Lead
Job Location: Trier, Germany
Duration: 6 months
Experience Requirement: Between 5 to 7 years of recent experience
Technical Requirements:
- SME in development experience in C# and ASP .NET 4.0
- SME in Microsoft development framework
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM functional areas
- Exposure to Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Design Skills - OOPS, Design Patterns, UML, OOAD Concepts, VISIO
- Exposure to any of the following technologies would be advantageous:
SQL Server 2008 R2
DevExpress
MVC 3.0
StructureMap (IoC/DI)
WCF Services
DataBus (business layer)
Nhibernate/Fluent
Enterprise Libraries (Logging/Exception Handling)

Other Requirements:

- Should be able to mentor and guide few team members under him
- Taking more ownership and responsibility for delivery commitments (Following the schedule, tracking with team, highlighting risks with mitigation and contingency)
