Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Network Administrator for one of your clients, a global technology player, for a project in Germany - Düsseldorf area.
The project will start immediately, the project duration is 6 months, high potential of extensions
Your main responsibilities:
Support, setup and configuration of distributed networks
Solve incoming customer tickets as member of a support team, ie NW troubleshooting
Cisco switch configuration (Cat-OS, IOS, NX-OS)
Qualifications:
More than two years of Cisco switch configuration hands-on
Good knowledge of networking basics (Routing, Switching and Firewall functionality)
CCNA (or CCNP) certification
Nice to have:
Monitoring system configuration (Nagios/OP5)
Linux and Unix server installation of physical (HP DL/Dell Servers) and virtual systems
Linux, Solaris and Windows system configuration, problem analysis and troubleshooting
German language would be a plus but not needed.
