für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir externe Unterstützung in Heidelberg:

SW-Engineering, 3rd Level Support for Applications and SCCM

Start ca: 01.12.2013
Laufzeit. 9 Monate
Einsatzort: Heidelberg

Aufgaben:
Responsibility for technical evaluation and coordination of image creation, developing and implementation of emergency changes to images and packages, creation and customization of necessary onsite packages, providing extraordinary troubleshooting capabilities for 3rd level support and technical assistance to customer special departments.

The candidates is also responsible for administration of the virtual environment and testing infrastructure ensuring the high customer quality standards.
Creating and analyzing MSI packages (with “Wise Package Studio” or “Admin Studio”)
Windows XP, 7 and 8 Client design
Integration of Software packages and images, including task sequences, into the SCCM, Linux and Citrix infrastructure
Provide operational support for day to day activities involving Software Distribution with SCCM ), Software Updates and operating systems deployment via PXE
Develop and implement virtual testing solutions
Provide deep System Management skills to impact systems architectures and investigate system-wide technical problems
Performing the Microsoft patch management for Microsoft products (Windows XP/ Win 7/ Win 8, MS Office)
Troubleshoot failures. Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related issues (including provisioning path via Citrix Virtualisation Services )
Provide incident and problem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks using but not limited to SCCM .
Proactively identify and log bugs, e. g. with software packages, to relevant teams with thorough follow-up.
Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues with Software Update deployments, desktop migrations and application deployments for clients.
Collaborate with various support and development teams to improve the overall quality of delivery not just for the team but for the entire organization.
Use technical expertise in Windows, SCCM, SQL, and WMI as well as other enterprise applications to automate manual tasks.
Assist in building, implementing and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM Operations.
