Senior Customer Program Manager
The job comprises the following tasks
Ensure delivery to customers on time and at agreed quality and within budget
Install, lead and manage cross-functional internal and external Project Teams
Manage effective communication across project resources, suppliers and with client
Coordinate the deployment of newly launched software products and solutions into business operations
Report project status regularly to Senior Management incl. milestones and escalations
Qualifications
Extensive experience in managing technical development or deployment programs or equivalent technically oriented management function
Excellent project management skills (PMI certification is a plus)
Sound understanding of software development cycles and processes
Proven experience delivering large programs to market
Proven project management skills and experience for automotive and/or consumer electronics accounts
Product development experience is a plus
Good Understanding of Navigation/Wireless communication technology and Location Based Services
Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others outside of one's own direct managerial line of control
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Based in Berlin this is an English speaking role.
