Experience
* BGP routing the service provider environment
* Routing and Switching in the LAN and WAN environment
* MPLS, OSPF and multicast
* IPv6 and IPv4
* CWDM, DWDM
* Network Security
You rave of high bandwidth and low latency. Ideally you have already worked with a managed service provider, or carrier, and have much experience in dealing with complex production networks. In addition, you are interested in Firewall technology and intrusion prevention systems. You can move safely on Linux systems.
Good knowledge of ITIL, subject-based manufacturer certifications and experience in safety-certified environments are beneficial.
Your application includes: planning and development of AS48173, Berlin, Amsterdam and Frankfurt
* Peering Management at BCIX, AMS-IX, DE-CIX
* Design and operational responsibility. umBackbone networks, as well as project-specific customer networks
* Implementation and operation of Routers, Switches, Firewall, load balancing and intrusion prevention systems in system architectures for complex web projects.
* Adaptation of the DevOps thoughts into the world of networking and implementation of appropriate automation mechanisms
